I am very happy to write this letter of recommendation for Irvine Building and Design.  I have worked closely with Lee Irvine and many of his sub-contractors in a great variety of design/build projects.  Lee is very attentive to detail and is careful to respect the integrity of the design of each project.  He is in constant communication with the design team throughout the process and works alongside the designer to insure the integrity of the design.

Several years ago a friend recommended Irvine Building And Design for a landscape hard-scape project for our atrium front porch and walkway. Lee exceeded our expectations and carefully guided us through the design and layout. We were very happy with the end result! Since then, we have had Lee back for three or four other projects including remodeling a master bath, a living room and an extensive redesign of our kitchen. As most of these were major projects we relied on Lee's experience in design material selection and construction expertise to keep us on the right tract. On of the things Mary and I like about using Irvine Building, is that we could count on them to show up on time and clean up before they leave each day. Any project is an intrusion into your home, but Lee and his crew minimize the inconvenience.

We have recommended Irvine Building And Design to many of our friends and will continue to do so. We are looking forward to the start of our den remodeling after the first of the year.

We hired Irvine Building & Design to remodel our kitchen in 2005 and our bedroom and bath the next year. We were wholly satisfied with the work that Lee and his crew did for us. He went above and beyond the normal services of a contractor. He helped in the creative effort of designing both remodels. He delivered both projects within budget and within schedule. He was friendly, flexible, and professional during both projects. He brought in other contractors who were also competent and professional. He and his crew were always cheerful and they enjoyed their work. The bottom line is that Lee made both of our projects fun for us, and we are still delighted with the results! Most important ly, he followed through even after the project was "done" when a small issue arose that needed attention. I have recommended Lee to anyone who is in need of a contractor.
